The people are great to work with. Its the job and management that are terrible

Be honest and tell your future employee how terrible the supervisory staff are, and you will receive zero support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Firing the entire supervisory and managment staff, and bringing in people who are competent and making them want to stay more then 6 months
