it has changed a lot over the year but not exactly for the better we need a lot of improvement with leadership

out insurance is horrible, need more employees only one person can take vacy per day. need a better policies that are more outline and not opened to interpretation, sups like to make their own rules due to polices being opened, dress code is ridiculous
