What did you like most about the interview process?
The part of the process I enjoyed most, was getting the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Techs are undervalued and treated as such. Our Leadership fails us on a daily basis. Give no direction, no real feedback, and I feel like I am wasting my talents.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to the Field. The Techs in the Field will give the best ideas about how to improve customer relations. Not some Joe in the company big office suite 1000 miles away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance is cheap...but also useless. It covers nothing. And they don't even offer a plan that can just give me a flat rate to see a doctor. Everything is up to chance.
