What started as a very positive work environment has become negative since Charter purchased Time Warner and rebranded as Spectrum
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Big problems in the company are often overlooked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is very little positivity in the work environment. Team building efforts fall to the corporate idea of making more money only.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor who interviewed me was fairly honest about what the job entailed. Unfortunately when I was hired it was a different company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most team members care about each other but feel management doesn't care at all. Problems are never solved, they fall on deaf ears.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The overall failure of leadership to follow the so called core values just amazes me. It's all about the bottom line and only money matters. Integrity and honesty are forgotten and treating employees as employees rather than discardable items is an everyday problem here.
