A great company gone bad.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Distinct specialties, General knowledge. Overall experience

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

emphasis on physical abilities, not on technical knowledge

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

All the positive traits of the position has been eliminated.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am unique in that I was under engineering, so hourly compensation was decent. Start from home always is a plus.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Micromanaged. People are numbers, not names. metrics rule the perception of productivity. Too many unnecessary procedures, policies, and practices.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

understanding different levels of services, and what it takes to provide them. Prioritizing different levels of services, and the importance of realizing they are different than video. Stop thinking like a cable company, start thinking like a communications company.
