My manager and few co-workers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Salary is low with no stocks offered being at a senior role.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Give more salary. 8 out of 10 people would be more motivated to work if you pay them well.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I feel everyone in this company is blaming every other person including the HR. The HR is very secretive and arrogant.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

no stocks given to senior engineers. Salary is low as well. No free cable to employees outside of charter footprint. Company does not care about employees who do the actual work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Company needs to start taking employee feedback survey. All the smart people leave because the compensation is very low. Compensation needs to be increased and stocks should be given to employees in senior role's at least. CEO was given 98 million pay in 2016.
