What is the best part about your compensation package?

The retirement 401k package. Free cable, but internet was subpar.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My (out of state) recruiter. My application and interview process was handled in a expeditiously.

What makes you most happy at work?

The customers. I thoroughly enjoyed making their experience a happy one. I was especially satisfied by turning a bad situation into a positive solution.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat hardworking employees with respect and compassion. You never know what is going on in someone else’s life. Be kind, and be fair. Keep your favoritism out
