as an employee for 13 years i have seen major changes in the company. for the most part those changes have been for the better but i am noticing some that are creating some negative attitudes lately, i hope those are taken seriously and corrected because without the men and women in the field.......
What are some of the best things about your team?
most of us have been working together for over a decade. we keep in contact outside of work as well. its a good environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
my coworkers and the fact that i enjoy doing this type of work. this time of year i prefer more than the winter months..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we get paid an ok wage. i do question why we don't restructure the wages in different parts of the country as we did with our policies to match those of charter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my coworkers make the environment positive. the feedback and replies we receive from our routing and dispatch departments is a bit too negative. as well as sales representatives not correctly getting the customers orders right.
