Experience and willingness to learn new things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Health insurance is far overpriced for anybody making 50k+ a year. Vacation time, while seeming equitable is difficult to use due to aforementioned issues with directors and poor management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Place value on employees. Bring back localized HR rather than people who have no actual understanding of the industry and just rely on email and phone calls to communicate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Rates are going up faster than the cost of living while service quality if dropping. Tools are being created to make it look like service is improving using metrics but customer perception of the servicer is getting worse.
