I currently work for a marketing firm that is a retailer of Spectrum Products/Services. The company culture is great - but the job itself on the Entry Level side of things is BRUTAL!

Everybody is supportive and eager to experience success within their role.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the compensation for my time spent is fair and sustainable for life outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though we are W2 employees there is no company benefits that come standard with the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very uplifted and focused on creating optimistic energy within their sales force but also focused on creating urgency within their customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team seems to be a well oiled machine that communicates well on the individual level but also at the group setting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did an initial screening where they focused on relaying the Company's & CEO's mission prior to a second round follow-up interview which focused more on the synergy between the interviewee & the team.
