What is the best part about your compensation package?
The match up to 6% in 401k is amazing. The benefit options for dependants. Amazing. You really are taken care of by Charter Communications as a whole. No matter what department in that regard
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to provide tailor fit solutions that actually help my prospects and clients drive revenue. Nothing is cookie-cutter when it comes to technology for businesses. Being able to provide that as a one stop shop and eliminating finger pointing really helps and clients see that
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct leadership in my market is a little intense right now. There needs to be a shift in thinking when it comes to its employees at least in the mid-market division of Spectrum Enterprise in the Northeast Division. Reps needing to provide metrics to justify the need for its boundary partners jobs
What are some of the best things about your team?
The drive. To always be better. There is always that 10% that just want to slide by. But when my team and my leadership are working together on solutions for prospects and clients. It is a dream. It's like building a house. You need specialists in plumbing, Electrical, carpentry. We have that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are other telecom companies that offer a higher salary. Yet, their commission bonuses are subpar. You can make real money if you work hard. Also, the tools they give you access to in order to bonus out.. is amazing. In the right hands of a skilled exec coming over from a competitor.. money
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked real questions about what drives me. I could tell that I was being chosen based on my individual drive. Being here. I can see why each team member was chosen. We all have different skillets that make us successful and having that variety but able to come together as a team. Amazing
