What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Vacations and my days off that Spectrum steals from us for mandatory OT.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Quit and hire all new. New vision that cares about its employees, products and customers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need a CEO who cares about products and employees over lining his pockets for vacation homes for his wife. Sell the company to a proven company with a good employee track record.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

New hires pay was bumped up to $20hr while the dedicated long term employee was not rewarded or compensated for the increase in pay for new hires. Other companies pay more. Company doesnt want long term employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is not much because there is no team at Spectrum. The individual employees are great. The team work is gone. Everyone is split up to not see each other. Strength in numbers and Spectrum is scared of unity.
