The company doesn’t care about the field workers we are short staffed , cover way to many jobs , forced over time , they baby routing department that craps on the field techs, covid was a joke for us while office staff was able to work from home field techs had to work without mask and gloves

We get yelled at every meeting and positive encouragement and pay raise not pizza party?
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I need to quit taking anybody just signed up and start looking for people that actually want to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less Of a Coverage area due to the amount of technicians in the field we cannot cover 12 counties with five people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They just look at a spread sheet don’t care of the damage it does in the field as long as it looks good on pap
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We promise OTA which we know we can’t guarantee we promise a better reliable Internet speed but feel technicians hands are tied on what we can turn over to get fix
