Getting a steady paycheck and hopefully going home on time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't think of anything positive right now. It's been going downhill every month with new policy's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a standard process. They asked standard questions. I didn't really like it or dislike it
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work 3rd shift and our team helps each other out everyday. If I didn't have them I would dread going to work even more so than now. They are smart, and very knowledgeable and care about doing quality work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think metrics are ruining this job. Leadership only cares about making themselves look good for their boss and that boss only cares about looking good for his boss, etc. Leadership only cares about meter compliance and repeats. Quality of work does not matter. Customers do not matter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started out making around $11 an hour. In six years I am up over $23. New employees are coming in and making more than me now because they raised the base pay for everyone to $20 which is great but pay was not adjusted for senior techs and higher positions that do more difficult work.
