What are some of the best things about your team?

We're all trying our best to ease through the constant process changes.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Executive team thrives on unreasonable expectations and putting share holders over staff/customers, local management is damage control.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Trust employees to do the right thing. Coach those that don't. Stop creating new metrics/proesses that are just noise. We've spent the last 5 years changing everything then a year later changing back. No one gets a chance to get good at anything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When finding a flaw in a new process i was told to keep quiet as someone smarter than me wrote the process. This is standard. There is no way to provide any feedback. I generally fear for my job if I try to put the customer first, as so many processes get in the way of that.
