We are just a number. If you fix an issues for a customer correctly but it doesn't make your metrics numbers look good then you did it wrong. I feel like I'm treated like a child and never trusted when I've given no reason to be treated that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work alone 98% of the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Local management and team is great we are able to communicate and feel like our concerns are hear. Anything above local management there is no concern for us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company raised the minimum wage by $5 but only have the employees who have been there and helped build the company to where it is today a $3 raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local management is great, but once you go beyond that it's all about numbers and it doesn't matter if you've been with the company 20 years or 3 days you're just a number on their bean counter.
