Managment is just there to enforce rules that dont make any sense at all. They make policy changes almost daily but wait 3 weeks to tell you about it. Get EVERYTHING in writing, print or save all emails.

Managment. From supervisors all the way to Tom
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They need to bring back the leadership training courses.

Local managment needs to able to make local policy that makes sense for each area.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine, not allowed to help each other. Need a better description of what our job is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They can give anywhere from 2% to 5%. They dont tell you what you'll be scored on until the year is over. I have gotten "exceeds expectations" which is a 4, on every category, which should be a 4% raise, but i only get 2%. The same as someone who gets 2s on their review.
