Love doing the work, but the company micromanages your every move. Local management is frustrated as they want to take care of their team while regional/corporate makes it as difficult as possible. Field Techs specifically are burdened with responsibilities from shortcomings in other departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Charter offers surprisingly great benefits. You get employee services, fair hourly compensation, 100% match of 401K up to 6% with good health insurance. About the only plus regarding the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is more technical, as this particular position requires technical expertise. Due to the nature of field operations, employees must be effective, and able to work fast paced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local management tries their best to take care of their teams, while corporate makes it as difficult as possible, causing internal strain. Too many people try to justify their position without acknowledging any real world practicality.
