We work great together .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Need other departments retrained and to be efficient.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders, getting stuff needed to get the job done. Enough of reports and numbers that have nothing to do with employees or the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My raises were taken from me because the manager was going to "teach me a lesson". His boss wouldn't even resolve the issue except to say he was, "tired of the shit". The manager got away with falsified documentation that caused me raises.
