Used to be great when it was TWC but not its all about metrics and not about customers or employees. Only good thing left is the benefits.

Local leaders are ok its upper management

Care more about employees and customers instead of metrics that don't really matter. Only looks good on paper
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Started at 11 dollars few years ago and now new guys coming in starting at 20 with no compensation to us techs that have been here longer woth more knowledge
