Upper management needs to stop trying to do our jobs from a desk, they need to actually start caring about the mental or physical health of the field employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being on my own and avoiding having to deal with anybody above a supervisor role. Working in new environment everyday and meeting really cool people everyday. Bringing people joy by fixing internet and TV issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reason most employees feel under valued is because the unrealistic metrics and how they will right you up for not meeting them, manage only sees you as a number and will write you up in a heart beat which in turn stops you from receiving bonus and from promoting for 6 months.
