This company was great.i enjoyed coming to work. Now us field techs are treated like garbage. We are now just a number. We are graded on a crappy scale ment to fail

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to stop letting routers run this company.they need to stop self installs.they screw us out of productivity points and do not care.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Charter does not care about the customers. We been having phone issues a year and still not fixed. Give us an hour to do a damn install.failed self installs screw us and they do not give a damn.
