Used to be a great job, absolutely loved going to work!!!! Now we are looked at by node scores but not allowed to work on our nodes unless ROC allows us. We are told if you aren't working on it someone is in wich at that time it's not "your node score" it would be theirs!!! Sickening!!!!

Need to focus on taking care of the employees again, make them feel appreciated again instead of like a piece of trash!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation is the best, gives us time to get away from the madness!!! I'd say 90% of employees are either on anxiety meds or depression meds..
