We always help each other out when we need parts or help at the end of the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lower management tries to do their best but they are under a lot of pressure to keep all the workerbots in peak compliance and metric producing performance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less emphasis on compliance and metrics, give techs more flexibility to make low level decisions, listen to us, not be such a top-down, “my way or the highway” type of company. Act like they actually care what we have to
