Local management is good, upper management does not care about you and will make you know it. Work is fun but you are not trusted and micromanaged

We work amazingly together, keep each other accountable and keep everyone in the loop

Customers don't understand they need to call in and get a tech to work on most issues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Local management listens to you and tries to fight for you. but for executive leadership, nothung any concerns that get to them are immediately forgotten about
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of the lowest paid in the indistury, raises are a joke (not promotions) they use the term "your hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed" and then promptly forgotten
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The micromanagement needs to stop on all fronts. We are tracked to no tomorrow, have to justify our job basically. We have big brother watching us at every step and anything we do is questioned from day to day work to construction referrals
