What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hard to find one when oneself is stressed to the max

What did you like most about the interview process?

The questions were direct and had multiple people in the interview

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The health insurance has a high deductible, the amount of stress we are put under is not worth the 40k dollars a year we earn

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are usually intelligent and interesting individuals, but we never get to see or help or even tall to each other with the autocratic approach of management

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The amount of stress put on employees, never getting the socialization part of the work environment. Constant emails and phone calls from management about things that are not in your control, but somehow are your fault

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking care of the employees. A lot of procedures that management implements are said to be for the customer and to make their experience better. Most of the time the customer doesnt care, or they plain dont like it. Every new implemented proc8seems to make the employees life harder with no benefits
