The actual job itself has been a great learning experience, and I find myself enjoying the actual job itself. Like many others have said, local management is good in my are but besides that. No one cares and we are heavily micro managed and are told to achieve unachievable goals. Very flawed logic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free internet for sure is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My personal supervisor is awesome and one of the best bosses I've ever had. Everyone else besides that is either not great or terrible
