Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that our benefits program could use an improvement to our maternity leave and a parking stipend.

I received a 1.5% salary increase earlier this year which I thought was horrible. I recently found out my role will be eliminated at the end of the year. Being part of the acquisition started out ok, but sure didn't end up being a good thing. I do not feel SPS values my contributions.

Market value for my position isn't being met. At least a $10k raise would be helpful.
