I have loved Starbucks and wirning here over the many years, but it has just become more apprent that work/life balance is only prioritized to a few, not all.

We are all just exhausted.

Coming to reality. They talk about what it is like in a retail store without actually trying to come and experience that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were able to accumulate my vacation instead of the grant system and if overtime for salaried managers was happening. Working 60+ hours for weeks without being compensated is exhausting, especially when you realize you wont be able to take all of your vacation days.
