DEI initiatives are second to none
Listening, taking action, understanding the field
Driven, trust worthy, caring and fun
Not competitive for the work done
Stop compartmentalizing work, give people smaller territories with more support
7 years and the company has had many ups and downs. High expectations for low hourly wages. Easy to promote within if you are motivated to do so. Semi-hard labor (physically and mentally taxing at times; always standing/moving/talking; messy). Transfers available all over the U.S. Review from Sales Dept

Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Review from Operations Dept
