As a barista, it's fun at times but the pressure that corporate puts on district managers and store managers can really affect us as baristas. They provide a lot of perks but I think they really use that against us to keep our wages low and but want us to do more than most fast food joints.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen...to a point. But all they're focused on is connection scores and fake team morale. It's a job, not a family.
