Starbucks is supposed to be progressive, and workers friendly. It's absolutely missing very crucial progressive polices. Suchs as allowing and encouraging workers to unionize.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership teams needs to relieze unionizing is a necessity for decent working conditions. Its pretty evil to sit back with your 20 million salary and not allow your employees to recive a living wage!
