Allow stores to unionize. If Starbucks goes under it will be corporates fault. They turned the public and the labor against them. They live their pockets while partners go hungry

Partners support each other. When Starbucks’s cut my hours i could afford groceries and my coworkers got together and helped me out. And similar situations have happened to workers all over the countr
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers support each other because corporate does not and refuses to listen to any concerns. A partner at another store almost died because a manager demanded they come in or get written up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the partners concerns and implementing solutions. Stuff only improves momentarily for unionizing stores and after the no vote they get dropped like dead weight and they move on to the next union bust. Leadership knows what they are doing and i hope we see a new board at Starbucks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They refuse to listen to concerns and implement solutions or make improvements. We try to unionize and demand better work and they spend millions on lawyers to stop us when they could use that same money to support us and improve the auality i of the company. They only care about money
