What did you like most about the interview process?
She seemed nice but didnt hire anyone at full time. Only the manager can be full time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping the baristas and actually working in tge floor. They stand around like tgd manager or sit in the back a lot
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager and shifts shoudl be swapped or maybe managemnet needs someone new who is not manic one day and the next looks like she will yell at you, when you are trying your best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers hate it there to, most are leaving because of managememt. My coworkers work hard and cry a lot bc its horrible. Some days you habe ond person on bar and drive through and ons person on food amf front. While shifts and mangers relax.
