I love working there except some of my managers still treat me like I'm not capable of running a bar and will stick me on front and warming for my entire shift while im watching other people switch from station to station.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They can be very outgoing and helpful

They are always willing to help or get someone to help you when its super busy or needed
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was very kind and energetic and shared some of her own personal stories with me which made my nerves that I walked in with go down the drain :)
What makes you most happy at work?
Being on bar and slamming out drinks, seeing people who came into Starbucks looking/feeling down leaving with a smile, seeing familiar faces visit me at work, and building relationships with my co-workers/managers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always ready and willing to help. We all try to get our customers their orders in an effiective timely manner and if there is a problem where an item is misplaced or not up to par, we will remake it quickly no questions asked
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I noticably try a lot harder than some of my co-workers to go above and beyond for customers and earn tips for the tip jar and then when the end of the week tips are distributed and I am making a lot less than I should, raises concern to me that tips should not be sorted that way.
