What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding basic sympathy for their employees. Most Starbucks corporate employees have never worked in a store in their life and yet will demand us to meet unrealistic times. Window times are all that matters, if that means handing out your drink unfinished or filled with mistakes, so be it.
