as a 4 year partner I care about my work, it is a means to an end and in no way a career for me but I get my rent paid. I do think the minimum wage is not enough and Starbucks excepts a lot of from its employees to not offer more than minimum.

experiencing good customers that are appreciative of us and tip well
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K, bean stock, insurance, and dental. I also get free drinks and food.
