Starbucks needs to value the partners that work for them more. we see prices across the menu increase everytime there is holiday launch, and yet pay hasnt changed much at all. Make more competeive pay and quality employess will want to stay and the turnover rate will decrease!! Bring back bonuses!!

Communication, scheduling, viewing partners as human beings and not just another partner number listed in the standards book.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the team of partners that i work with and that is why i care so much to share this. Many good quality partners that have been with starbucks for up to 10years are beginning to lose morale and look for other means to support their fsmily and keep a roof over their head.
