When i can complete my daily goals/tasks without interruptions from loud noises or people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im ovwrworked and not compensated for it. They want a "lean" manufacturing plant but it makes workers burnt out
What did you like most about the interview process?
