Starbucks – No reason why baristas are forced to 'get to know' customers because most of them come for a coffee, not some small talk. What do you like best about the leadership team?

Strict and good. They know what their job is.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They help me when I need assistance. They are nice, but most of them talk about each other behind each others backs. They mostly gossip all the time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sometimes we run out of items and our cash registers don't accept any Starbucks gift cards. People get mad because of that and even one guy shouted at me because I told them we don't accept Starbucks gift cards because they haven't been working with our machine lately.
