What are some of the best things about your team?

They listen most of the time. They work well with me. There are little to no conflicts. They support one another.

What makes you most happy at work?

My co workers. My regulars who I can look forward to seeing every week. It’s unfortunate that some stores don’t even have that much to look forward

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The opportunity for a 401K and stocks gives every worker the right to begin investing. They also know their audience so we have some rather convenient benefits such as free Spotify or free online college.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Relatable Compassionate and reliable. At the very least at my specific store they are because the quality of management at Starbucks differs vastly. They can be extremely unprofessional or skip rather controversial corners in cleaning the store. All management reciprocates our concern about our pay.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interview process was a bit awkward as I was interviewed three times. The third being months later for another manager to apologize that despite passing I was unfortunately forgotten by the other old manager. My current manager is kind and empathetic and the interview went very well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The connection between co workers and the customer connection between those customers who do care. Who empathize. Who might understand what we are going through. Who are patient and like to treat us as humans. Those few customers are the ones we remember and who keep us going. A sadly rare occurence
