
It's not particularly intellectually challenging, but I have no idea how to improve that, because I doubt they'd let us play brain games.
Some of the customers are pretty cool, and it's great to see co-workers work towards their life goals, whether it's college or saving up for a car, and then reach those goals.
They need to follow the law and not take the law into their own hands. If they have a problem with the gift card law, then they can take it to the election booth. It's their fault for not being more active during elections.
We're required by law to cash out gift cards that have less than $10 on them when requested by the customer. Management tells us to refuse the customers, and the law, and tell them it's for safety reasons even though when we cash out those cards we have less in the register anyway.
