Hiring better management who actually helps their stores/store managers succeed and don't degrade them for their wrong doings but helping them to better it.

The team makes me happy because they are the reasons why I strive to be the best supervisor for them and making sure I have their backs and they have mines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our regular customers are always friendly and loves to chat with the team. Very welcoming to customers both in cafe and drive thru. Always wanting to make sure customers get their perfect crafted beverage to their liking.
