Fast pace environment. Always trying to develop.

They work very hard and I really appreciate them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s good, however, I think like in 2007, they are trying to grow to fast.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don’t know that this is specific to Starbucks, but our health insurance costs are out of control. Makes it hard to do anything when you have a sick child and way to much of your income goes to both insurance and medical bills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Interviews for positions are only partially based on skill. All internal interviews are the exact same questions. In addition, you are encouraged before interviewing by the interview to practice answering the questions with others in the that position. Essentially it may come down to acting skill
