The full health benefits, even if you're part time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with my co-workers and our regular customers. Making a product that they think is truly awesome and worth their money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We feel like really good friends/a family. We talk about our lives, and meet each other's families when they come in. It's a good environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all trying to help each other out, but it sometimes feels that the "company" is pushing us to do the impossible, especially during rush times. And that's stressful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better training for managers. Some are to harsh, some are too apathetic, and they all seem to have a problem with scheduling. Might be that they don't have enough time, since there only seems to be 1 manager per store.
