Better communication at the store level. Better understanding of our problems and fix them instead of finding work arounds.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More staffing and more time to get things done. Or even just having a full time assistant manager to help with tasks would be nice. Don't expect to get your shift supervisors to get things done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More staffing during peak periods. Do not think to change the deployment and get the same results. Have more understanding when we can not meet our goals. Do not threaten your partners with write ups and just help them out.
