They are very friendly and dependable, they will go out of their way to help eachother, cover shifts, teach eachother new skills, and interact with the customers. They are so eager to learn and do their best to always follow standards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are so friendly and such a safe place for people of all races, views, and backgrounds. It is beautiful to see everyone come together safely and happily. I feel like our company and community are a family who supports eachother and helps eachother grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our health insurance options have extremely high deductibles and the premium plans which offer no deductibles are nearly $100 a paycheck, which is too costly based off our wages. Also as an SSV I cannot afford to live alone, whereas many supervisors make over $15 an hour starting.
