What makes you most happy at work?
Running a successful shift w my partners, making drinks all day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Inspire better work ethic. I think more of my partners would be more strict and uphold standards if their pay was a little better. Baristas are asked a lot of. As a shift I feel I have to ask my baristas to do way more than their paid to do to upkeep such a high volume store.
