Willingness to help the store in a pinch. Handling shift changes and call-outs responsibly and in a timely manner. Having an overall better attitude about the company and the customers we serve

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to coach and to be a role model for partners and customers. Seeing them take to heart something ive taught them is my way of leaving my mark on the world.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Trying to save on labor costs is the root of the majority of problems on a store level. We would achieve so much more if we were given the means to support the demands
