They could improve on communication. That’s about it.

I could have more staffing instead of being understaffed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Each other. We always try to stay positive for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all try our hardest and try to set each other up for our shifts. It’s just really hard when I have a line out the door and only three people on the floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well. I feel that if I was well staffed I’d be satisfied. But since I’m doing my work and the work of another whole person due to understaffing. I should be getting paid accordingly.
